This is the Accessories Modal from the Buy Flow process. We upgraded the look and feel to a new Design System and simplified the process of adding accessoeries for the customer.

1. Case study

In order to simplify the process of looking through and adding accessories for a device, we created a modal treatment that showed offered accessories based on the customers device selection and displayed them in a modal, so the customer was not taken away from the page within the Buy Flow.

2. Result

By opting to display accessories in a modal, rather than taking the user to a new page, we cut down on confusion and potential drop outs.

3. Experience

This addition of the accessories modal greatly enhanced the experience by keeping the user on track and focused on their order, eliminated confusion, irritation and a potential lost sale.
