This was a project study to improve the category selection for the user by removing the current device listing filter and replacing it with a cleaner, dropdown feature.
1. Case study
To make the user experience easier, more functional, and less cluttered, I created a prototype example for a possible solution to more easily navigate between selected devices.
2. Result
After trying a number of alternative designs, this layout was submnitted for review and consideration.
3. Experience
This was one of the first incubator projects I was involved in. I learned a great deal about the function of the buy flow and carried this experience into other projects I became involved with.
